Check whether enough raw measurements have been stored in order to satisfy the numMeasurements-requirement.
The number of completely processed measurements plus the number of new, unprocessed measurements needs to be (at least) equal to the number of desired measurements.
This is generally used in order to perform all measurements first, then upload all at once, reducing the time required for a precision measurement.
