There are multiple platforms and ways to install the application. Please note that the recommended way is to use the version from the appstore for a mobile device.
For android, there are currently two ways of installing the application.
It can be installed with the Google Play store. The application is current in a beta-version, but publically accessibly. Search for "Biozoom 2024".
The application will eventually be released and available in the device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
Meanwhile, the beta-version can be downloaded from the biozoom api servers.
adminBefore installing the applikation (downloaded as an .apk-file), please uninstall any currently installed application name Vitality Check.
When installing the new application, your device might notify you that it is unsafe. While the exact way on how to install the app regardless differs between devices, most will display a message 'Unsafe app blocked'.
Click on More details, then Install anyway.
For Apple devices, the application can be installed via the app store. Note that it is currently in a testflight-only version, and requires a manual invite via E-mail.

Windows-devices might limit a USB-ports power comsumption, making it impossible for the app to talk to the scanner.
