¶ Summary
A page can execute a system-function in the background. This function is started the moment the page is entered, and usually has function exits, leading to the next page.
Depending on the outcome of the function, a different function exit will be chosen, for instance
- On success: The function executed succcessfully
- On fail: The function failed for some reason
- On missing input: A requirement needed by the function was not provided
Each function exit will point to another page, which the app will go to.

- Click on the field next to
Screen function. - Select
Connect scanner. - Four fields appeared below the input field. Fill them with

- On success:
- Save your progress.
Now, whenever the app goes to this page, it will attempt to connect the device to the scanner.
If a connection could be established, the app will proceed to the next page, 02.02 - aoxQuickCheckFirmware, which will check the firmware of the scanner.
If, however, no connection could be established, the battery of the scanner is too low, or the scanner returned any other error, return to your home screen.
